Proteomics data made public via the PRIDE database

The first release of HipSci proteomics mass spectrometry data is now publicly available.

Proteomics data for 18 iPS cell lines are available via the PRIDE database under ProteomeXchange accession PXD003903.

This pilot data submission supports the proteomics analyses in our recent paper Common genetic variation drives molecular heterogeneity in human iPSCs. This represents the first of many data releases that HipSci will make for raw and analyses proteomics data.

The PRIDE project page describes experiment and processing protocols. Links are available for downloading raw and processed data data using ftp, http or aspera protocols.
